DISCOUNTS ARE PROVIDED for children under 5 years of age, for groups and for extended overnight stays longer than the week. Prices are for  night and for  room (2 persons ), including buffet or served breakfast.

THE RATES RATED DO NOT INCLUDE THE TOURIST TAX. This will be given on arrival in cash directly to the management of the Guest House.

CHECK IN FROM 14:00 TO 21:00. In order to better accommodate you, please communicate in advance the time of your arrival. Arrivals after 21.00 must be agreed in advance with the Management of the Guest House.

CHECK OUT BEFORE 10:00 AM ON THE DAY OF DEPARTURE.

THE RESERVATION CAN BE MADE BY E-MAIL  info@bedandbreakfastlalloggio-notjustrooms.it  OR BY PHONE : +39 349/1745123 – +39 333/7626281. It will be considered final only upon receipt of the deposit equal to 1/3 of the total price of the stay, by bank transfer  to account (  (IBAN IT79G0200884984000107027993 made out to AFFITTACAMERE L’ALLOGGIO NOT JUST ROOMS);); for the other 2/3 will be settled in cash on arrival. At the end of the stay the account for extras will be paid. If the Client decides to cancel a reservation made with Guest House, he will have to communicate it by e-mail or by phone.

CANCELLATION OF THE RESERVATION COMPORT:

1. a) full refund of the full amount, if it occurs within 30 days of arrival at the structure;
2. b) the payment of a 70 % penalty on the amount of the deposit, if it occurs between 30 days and 15 days before the arrival in the structure;
3. c) the retention of the entire deposit, if it occurs within the last 15 days before arrival at the structure.
4. d) There is no refund in case of interruption of stay.
5. e) The Guest House is not responsible for cancellations due to force majeure (eg natural disasters, fire, war or socio-political events).
